Naga Warrior by U Mya Aye

This last summer we took the advice of friends and went to Burma after our show in Hong Kong. The painting of the Naga Warrior, at left, came home with us.  It is an arresting image of a young man with boar’s tusks in his hair, delicate tattoos on his face and body, an image of power and beauty in youth.  We’ll bring this painting and others with us to the Tribal Art show in San Francisco.  We also have a collection of Pre-Columbian gold and ancient artifacts from the Americas.  Items from the Tom Miller Collection of South East Asian & Pre-Columbian Art will be a strong feature of our offerings this year.  It is regrettable that the SF Arts of Pacific Asia show that we participated in for so many years has been discontinued.  To satisfy that interest, we will bring a few choice Japanese and Chinese pieces. If there is anything in our inventory that you’d especially like us to bring, please feel free to email us your request at info@robynbuntin.com

We look forward to the brisk weather, delectable cuisine and your company in San Francisco!
Always Aloha,

Robyn
