After a long hiatus following her stunning works at Disney’s Aulani Resort, Molokai-trained batik artist Sarai Stricklin is back in her studio, creating new works that speak of Hawaii’s origins and enduring culture.  Her deep understanding of Hawaiian history and legends allow her to weave fascinating tales by way of traditional iconography in her one-of-a-kind, hand-painted silk batiks.
